Oregon PACE project

The Oregon Climate Change Research Institute (OCCRI) and the Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development (DLCD) are jointly hosting a Post-Doctoral Fellow under a NOAA program administered through the University Corporation  for Atmospheric Research (UCAR) called PACE, or Post-Docs Applying Climate Expertise. The primary purpose of the fellowship is to use downscaled climate data generated by two projects, Climateprediction.net and Bias Corrected Statistical Downscaling (BCSD) to produce maps of possible changes in temperature, rainfall and runoff, as well as extreme events under likely future climate scenarios.
